Cancellation, Return, Exchange, and Refund Policy for Handmade Canvas Paintings
Dear Customer, All our products are specifically made to your order so that we can give you the best possible customization. Our policies also reflect this.
Cancellation & Refund.
Cancellation –
We accept cancellations within 24 hours of placing an order. 3% of the total order amount, plus GST, will be deducted, and your remaining payment will be refunded to your account within 7-10 working days.
Return and Exchange:
- We allow one time 2 days (48-hour) return or exchange window from the day you received your order; however, the customer will have to package the Painting/Artwork himself for return postage and bear the cost of return postage. If the shipment is damaged in reverse transfer, we may not accept it, and the decision will be taken on a case-by-case basis.
- We ask that you don’t use the product and preserve its original condition, tags, and packaging.
- If any shipment is damaged during shipping from us to your address, we will look into it on a case-by-case basis. You are requested to make a video of the opening of the package.
- For customised orders and sale items, we will not accept returns and exchange.
Cancellation, Return, Exchange, and Refund Policy: International
- Cancellation & Refund: We accept cancellations within 24 hours of placing an order. Your payments will be refunded to your accounts within 10 to 15 working days.
- Return and Exchange: Due to international shipping and customs complications, we do not accept returns and exchange requests for international orders.
- While returning any product, we request the customer to take pictures and videos of the final packed product before handing it over to our logistics partner, and email or WhatsApp the same to our customer service numbers.
- For any complaints regarding breakage or wear and tear, we need pictures of the broken product and complete product with packaging pictures in the first twelve hours of the product being delivered, so as to confirm it is defective or broken. Items purchased at the sale cannot be returned, exchanged, or repaired.
- Upon receiving the product at our warehouse, we will fully inspect the condition of the product. It should include original packaging, tags, labels, manuals, etc., and not be damaged in any way. Upon successful inspection, it may, at its sole discretion, process the refund as soon as possible.
Please note that we only deliver rolled canvas and Stretched Canvas on wood (DIY) for international orders.
How long would it take me to receive the refund for the returned product?
After the refund has been initiated by the customer as per the Returns Policy, the refund amount is expected to reflect in the customer’s account as per the following timelines:
1. NEFT – 7 to 10 days post-refund initiation
2. Online Refund – 7 to 10 days post-refund initiation, depending on your bank partner
Please note that the customer initiates the refund upon successful return pick up, and after the returned item has reached us, and a quality check is successful.
Therefore, the refund initiation time may vary depending on the time taken by the courier partner to deliver the return to our warehouse. In case of any refund discrepancies, we may, at our sole discretion, request you to share with us a screenshot of your bank statement.
